Discovery statements are used to alter course, this statement is false.

What is Discovery?

In common law jurisdictions, discovery is the pre-trial stage of a lawsuit during which each party can obtain evidence from the other party or parties through the use of discovery tools like interrogatories, requests for the production of documents, requests for admissions, and depositions.

The early equitable pleading process before the English Court of Chancery had a distinctive characteristic that led to the development of discovery: among other requirements, a plaintiff's bill in equity had to plead "positions." These were assertions of evidence that the plaintiff believed to be true in support of his pleading and that the defendant knew about.

The availability of discovery in equity attracted plaintiffs in legal cases even though it did not exist in common law (legal proceedings in the common law courts). They started submitting bills in equity to acquire discovery in support of legal actions. The law to perpetuate the testimony of a possible witness was born as a result of this in the middle of the 15th century.

They use the design of Nonexperimental Research.

What is Nonexperimental research?

 • Research is defined as the creation of new knowledge and/or the use of existing knowledge in a new and creative way so as to generate new concepts, methodologies and understandings. This could include synthesis and analysis of previous research to the extent that it leads to new and creative outcomes.
 • Nonexperimental research is research that lacks the manipulation of an independent variable, random assignment of participants to conditions or orders of conditions, or both. In a sense, it is unfair to define this large and diverse set of approaches collectively by what they are not.

Examples of Nonexperimental research.

 • Commonly, non-experimental studies are purely observational and the results intended to be purely descriptive. For example, an investigator may be interested in the aver- age age, sex, most common diagnoses, and other characteristics of pediatric patients being transported by air.

ella [17]

Hello. You have not shown the sources to which this question refers, which makes it impossible for the question to be answered accurately. However, I will try to help you in the best possible way.

A source that helps you to visualize a moment well, is one that presents a highly descriptive language that presents a large number of adjectives that inform you of many characteristics of that event, thus allowing you to form a mental image of what happened. Therefore, you should look for this type of language in your sources to find out which is the most efficient.
