Answer:

States provided money in the form of taxes, sent representatives to Congress, and had to supply soldiers during war.

Explanation:

Under the Articles of Confederation, the Central Government was very weak and the State governments were strong. Most of the powers were from the State governments. The Articles of Confederation had 13 articles. Article 5th established that the Congress of the Confederation would be formed by a delegation of 2 and 7 members of each state. The Central government could not tax, so state legislatures that had power to tax would raise money to pay for the Central government and for the army.

lidiya [134]

B is the correct answer.

The primary objection of the Anti-Federalists towards the Constitution was that it made the central government too strong.

This was a worry for the anti-Federalists as they saw America as being formed as a rejection over the central monarchy in the UK and did not want to replicate any aspects of the British government in the new American country.

What was the idea behind the Black Codes that limited civil Pights Ih the<br> South?
MArishka [77]
The best known of them were passed in 1865 and 1866 by Southern states, after the American Civil War, in order to restrict African Americans' freedom, and to compel them to work for low wages. Since the colonial period, colonies and states had passed laws that discriminated against free Blacks.
