What role, if any, do you think the government should play in regulating advertising aimed at children? Explain.

Advertising to children can be seen as "not fair" - children don't have their own money, and all they can do is ask their parents, so this introduces unwanted conflicts into the family life. Also the advertisements often focus on unhealthy food- so in that case, yes, i think that there should be laws that limit such activity.

velikii [3]

Regulative type of rule, as at 8:30 p.m., the horstman children are expected to brush their teeth and go to bed.

What is regulative rule?

Regulatory rules regulate pre-existing forms of behaviour, whereas constitutive rules allow for the possibility of new forms of behaviour. They govern the phenomena that they are.

Brute facts exist without the need for any institutions. Institutional realities, which are made up of systems of constitutive laws, require existing institutions.

Regulative norms are normative rules that outline how a speech act should be performed properly.

Thus, it is a regulative rule.

nordsb [41]

Answer:

Having a private fantasy is not the same as intending to act out or acting out the sexual fantasy.

Explanation:

This is the main thing that Maria should know when thinking about her sexual fantasies. Maria is concerned about the content of the fantasies, as she believes that these are not similar to the acts that she should be engaging in in real life. However, it is important for her to know that having a fantasy does not necessarily equate wanting to act out this fantasy.
