In the 600's, Islam spread far North and East Africa through trade and the spread of the Arabic language. The expansion of the Arab Empire in the years following the Prophet Muhammad's death led to the creation of caliphates, occupying a vast geographical area and conversion to Islam was boosted by missionary activities particularly those of Imams, who easily intermingled with local populace to propagate the religious teachings.

What were some of the positive and negative consequences of the columbian exchange
Alex777 [14]

The Columbian Exchange had positive and negative consequences.

Some of the positive consequences were the introduction of different nutrients and food supplies into the Old World, such as corn or potatoes. This improved the diet of most Europeans, leading to a population growth in the next generations.

However, Europe benefited more than the Americas, for some of the negative consequences about the Columbian Exchange were the introduction of diseases into the continent and the slavery of African populations into the Americas.

Alex73 [517]

The conclusion about the product demand graph is; C: Product A has more elastic demand than product B.

How to Interpret Equilibrium Demand Graphs?

The graph given shows us the quantity demanded for 2 products in relation to their prices.

From the given graph, we can conclude that product A is more responsive to a change in price, compared to how responsive product B is to a change in price.

Thus, a change in the price of commodity A causes a greater change in the quantity demanded, compared to a change in quantity demanded for product B, with almost the same change in price.
