The reason reviewing and fixing your outline after you have taken notes is because you may have mistakes that will affect what you have learned. You also may have to send those notes to your teacher for xtra credit. And you want to correct your grammar. An outline is also useed for essay's its important to check the outline so you are writing the correct stuff in your essay.

Well let's look at the pros and cons

Pros:

-Able to keep in contact with people

-Able to watch movies and not be bored

cons:

- No one talks face to face with people anymore

-Homework never gets done because it's distracting

-Always checking phone to see if you got notifications

So I would say, it is a bad influence on people's family's.
