Answer:

Change the equation to the slope intercept form (y = mx + b)

2y = 6x + 8

Divide equation by 2

y = 3x + 4

Therefore

The line as a y intercept of 4

:

Parallel lines have the same slope;

Find the slope by putting in the equation in the point/intercept form

4x + 4y = 20

4y = -4x + 20

Divide equation by 4, results

y = -1x + 5

:

Now we know the slope (-1) and the y intercept (+4) if the line

y = -1x + 4

or just

y = -x + 4 is "the line"

Simplify and find any restrictions<br> <img src="https://tex.z-dn.net/?f=%5Cfrac%7B4%7D%7B9x%7D%20-%5Cfrac%7B6%7D%7B2x%5E2%7D" i

Simplified: \frac{4}{9x} -\frac{3}{x^{2} }

Restrictions: x CANNOT be 0 because then the denominator would become 0 and would not be possible

What is the surface area of a cube that measures 3 cm
kifflom [539]

Answer: Surface area= 54

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the surface area of a cube you do 6 times s^2

S is the side length. In this case that is 3 cm. S^2 is 9

So now you do 6 times 9, and that is 54.

So, the surface area is 54.
