Brain-It can mess up your memory and it can actually cause a lot of damage to the brain. It can cause blurred vision, difficulty walking, and can even have lasting effects even after the alcohol has worn off.
Cardiovascular system- Alcohol can cause high blood pressure, which can be fatal if too high. It also causes your heart to pump faster. If your heart pumps too fast you can die.
Digestive system- Alcohol can and will make you sick if you drink too much or too fast. It also causes inflammation in the lining of the stomach. 
Pancreas- Alcohol raises your chance of getting pancreas cancer, which is deadly. It can also give you pancreatitis. (7 in 10 cases of pancreatitis is caused by alcohol.)

Alcohol period can cause cancer anywhere.
