Answer:

He wrote it after he finished his travels, in the court of a Sultan in Morocco is the correct answer.

Explanation:

Ibn Batuta was a Muslim explorer who traveled around the medieval world. He spent more than twenty years doing so, and as a result of these trips, he wrote "A Gift to Those Who Contemplate the Wonders of Cities and the Marvels of Traveling."

The first draft was dictated to Ibn Juzzay (Batuta had already worked with him) by recomendation of Abu Inan Faris, ruler of Morocco.

What is the difference between Academic discourse and Academic writting?
Helga [31]
Academic texts are formal, based on facts and evidence and always contain citations. Non-academic texts, on the other hand, are writings that are informal and dedicated to a lay audience. They are usually on general topics and use casual or colloquial language, and may contain the writer's personal opinions.

the third one, if you add the comma without the when then you would have a comma splice (when you put a comma between 2 independent clauses without a conjunction) adding the when before Cynthia makes the first part a dependent variable  and makes it okay to add the comma!

Hope this helps! :)
