IDSL is also known as ISDN DSL (IDSL).  It is a symmetric type of DSL commonly used in environments in which SDSL and ADSL are unavailable.  IDSL does not support analog phones. The maximum upload speed on an IDSL internet connection  is only 144Kbps.
