The answer is B

To figure this out, all you have to do is put 2/3 into a ratio with 6 so it looks like 2/3:6 now get rid of the fraction by multiplying both sides by 3/2 to make the left side 1 and the right side 4.

The answr is A because 6 divided by 2/3 is 9, and △ABC is smaller than △ DEF. Sorry if i'm wrong.

X + 4y = 16<br> -X + 3y = -2
jeyben [28]

Answer:

(8, 2 )

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the 2 equations

x + 4y = 16 → (1)

- x + 3y = - 2 → (2)

Adding the 2 equations term by term will eliminate the x- term

0 + 7y = 14

7y = 14 ( divide both sides by 7 )

y = 2

Substitute y = 2 into either of the 2 equations and solve for x

Substituting into (1)

x + 4(2) = 16

x + 8 = 16 ( subtract 8 from both sides )

x = 8

solution is (8, 2 )

If the volume of the rectangular prism is represented by 6x2 – 2x + 8 and the base area is 2x – 4, which expression represents t
Harlamova29_29 [7]

\bf \textit{volume of a rectangular prism}\\\\ V=Lwh~~ \begin{cases} L=length\\ w=width\\ h=height\\ \cline{1-1} V=6x^2-2x+8\\ \stackrel{base}{Lw}=2x-4 \end{cases}\implies 6x^2-2x+8=(2x-4)h \\\\\\ \cfrac{6x^2-2x+8}{2x-4}=h\implies \cfrac{\begin{matrix} 2 \\[-0.7em]\cline{1-1}\\[-5pt]\end{matrix}~~(3x^2-x+4)}{\begin{matrix} 2 \\[-0.7em]\cline{1-1}\\[-5pt]\end{matrix}~~(x-2)}=h\implies \cfrac{3x^2-x+4}{x-2}=h

svetoff [14.1K]

Answer:

The Correct Answer is 4!

Step-by-step explanation:

We know on triangle 1 that 2 of the sides are 2 and 4 and there a right angle, an angle that has 90 degrees

with this we can calculate the top angle to be 26.565 which combined on both sides is equal to 90, lust you will then have to subtract 90 minus 26.565 and you will get 63.435. Now that we know than the top angle is equal to 63.435, the 2nd angle is equal to 90 degrees which by the way resembles a right angle, and that 1 side of the 3 sides is 2 we can conclude though the triangle formula that...

X=4.

That's it Hope I Helped.
