You are at the grocery store with your grandmother. As the butcher reached over the counter to hand her a package of steaks, you

r grandmother stumbles toward a nearby chair. She sits in the chair, looking confused. You noticed that she was sweating profusely and her pupils were different sizes. You stand beside her and ask if you can help. At first, she didn’t seem to recognize you. Then she mumbled something to you.
