Because juveniles are still under age and still have a life to live. Yeah juveniles have most likely committed some sort of crime, but they do get different charges depending on their age. Some people think that just because they are at such a young age that they don’t know any better.

Moscow Olympic Games took place in 1980, in the capital of the Soviet Union during the Cold War era. Only 80 nations participated, the smallest number of participants ever. This boyccot was promoted by the US and 66 countries followed it because of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.
