I would say the correct answer is B: The organizer could be best used for an essay on Nazi Germany as an example of a totalitarian state. First of all, because the chart mentioned they added different nations to their country, for example, Austria. Second, they created their own symbols and made people agree and obligated them to like these symbols. It doesn't mention anythig about propaganda, or education and charismatic dictators. It goes right to the point of making you know how this government attempted to control the lives of its citizens and beyond.
