Work Ethic is important in a sytem of privatization because it sets the rules, culture and uses a certain productive organization has to work to ensure the employees wellbeing.

Explanation:

Work ethic is a concept that borns from science and disciplines that study moral, civil and human rights. Therefore it is a key element for a private industry society. First of all the government of a certain country writes the first step of that construction, while experts complement the rest with their knowledge and wisdom. Its main objective is to propitiate the realization as a person for everyone involved in productive activities. Privatization is a very sophisticated system because of its nature is a bit away from the government's vigilant eye.
