Write an expression for the calculation triple 3 and then add double 8

Mathematics

34kurt3 years ago
8 0
So first take triple 3 which would be 3+3+3 or 3x3.
Then take double 8 which would be 8+8 or 8x2.
So all you need to do is write it in the associative property.
So it would look like this:
(3x3)+(8x2)= 25
   9   +  16
Because 3x3 is 9 and 8x2 is 16 so you just need to add them to get the product.

Usimov [2.4K]

Answer:

B

Step-by-step explanation:

\cos( \alpha )  +  i\sin( \alpha )  =  {e}^{i (\alpha   + 2\pi)}

z = 3(cos π/2 + i sin π/2) =→

3 {e}^{i \frac{\pi}{2} }

z⁷ =

{3}^{7}  {e}^{i \frac{7\pi}{2} }  =   {3}^{7}  {e}^{i \frac{(7 - 4)\pi}{2} }  =  {3}^{7}  {e}^{i \frac{3\pi}{2} }  =  {3}^{7} ( \cos( \frac{3\pi}{2} )  + i \sin( \frac{3\pi}{2} ) ) = 2187( \cos( \frac{3\pi}{2} )  + i \sin( \frac{3\pi}{2} ) )

Probability of event A ( Tesha will not be picked as a guide ) :
P ( A ) = Number of ways it can happen / Total number of outcomes
P ( A ) = (29 - 2) / 29 = 27 / 29 ≈ 0.93
Answer:
The probability that Tesha will not be picked as a guide is 0.93 or 93 %.

Ram noticed three students used 1 2/10 dm of tape.what was the total used for three students???
OLga [1]

Answer:

18/5

Step-by-step explanation:

<em>From my understanding, this is 1 whole 2 upon 10</em>

<u>Step 1: Convert mixed fraction into fraction</u>

<em>Multiply whole number by denominator: 1 x 10 = 10</em>

<em>Add numerator: 10 + 2 = 12</em>

<em>Write the result as the numerator and use the same denominator.</em>

12/10

<u>Step 2: Find the total tape used</u>

<em>From my understanding, each student used 12/10 of the tap</em>

<em>So 3 students used: 12/10 x 3 =</em> 18/5

Therefore, the total tape used for three students was 18/5.
