  • The demands regarding the basic minimum remuneration paid to the workers by the employers have been accepted by the government and now we can see that there are federal laws regarding how much should the workers be paid at minimum.  
  • The federal policies now include strict guidelines that direct the employers to implement for the safety and security of the workers at the workplace.
  • The policies also specify the facilities that the workers need to be provided with so that they can work properly.
