Plants arrive in many ways, from wind dispersal of seeds (and other ways), which allows plants to grow (as ashes have large amounts of nutrients) quickly and effectively. They benefit the ecosystem, because they return liveliness into the area, and the ecosystem in the area returns back to normal.
