Answer:

Contain endemic species and be threatened by destruction.

Explanation:

Prioritizing the conservation of certain regions that support a habitat with a rich biodiversity is one of the key factors that can help us retain the natural balance of the biosphere and scientists have determined some aspects that these regions need to satisft to be accepted as biodiversity hotspots.

For the area to be a biodiversity hotspot, it need to contain endemic species that needs to be protected and the habitat also needs to be threatened with destruction if not protected from human impact.

What events occur during high tide
makkiz [27]

Answer:

The tidal force causes Earth—and its water—to bulge out on the side closest to the Moon and the side farthest from the Moon. These bulges of water are high tides. As the Earth rotates, your region of Earth passes through both of these bulges each day. When you're in one of the bulges, you experience a high tide.

Some bacteria live in the roots of plants like soybeans and peas.
PIT_PIT [208]

Answer:

Nitrogen is the most commonly limiting nutrient in plants. Legumes use nitrogen fixing bacteria, specifically symbiotic rhizobia bacteria, within their root nodules to counter the limitation. Rhizobia bacteria convert nitrogen gas (N2) to ammonia (NH3) in a process called nitrogen fixation.
