Answer:

The polymerase chain reaction is a method used to produce millions of copies of particular DNA.

DNA sequences are amplified to generate many copies of a specific DNA segment.

Explanation:

polymerase chain reaction is used to produce a million copies of DNA by amplifying the DNA sequences exponentially.

PCR method was developed in 1983 by Kary Mullis.

A polymerase chain reaction occurs in three main steps.

 • Denaturing: In this step, double-strand template DNA is separated into two single strands by heating.
 • Annealing: DNA primers get attach to the DNA template when the temperature is lower.
 • Extending: with the help of the Taq polymerase new strand is synthesis which is complementary to the template DNA.

thus polymerase chain reaction is used to produce many copies of DNA of specific region of DNA.

The glucose (sugar or plants food) is then converted back into carbon dioxide which is vital during photosynthesis. This therefore means that when stomata is blocked photosynthesis will stop because the CO₂ level will decline within the leaf, stopping the reactions that are light-independent.
