Explanation: What the floor method is a method that consists of speaker speaking for self. No mind reading others and no long statements keep those brief. Listener paraphrases what the speaker is saying. Attempting to hear out the message of the speaker and take it into context. The game goes like this the speaker has the floor speaker keeps floor while listener paraphrases until listener can't paraphrase anymore then it switches from listener paraphrasing to speaker paraphrasing and listener has the floor.
