Answer: The main obstacle that the characters in the novel face are the lack of communication between each character. While we know how they all feel towards their closest friends, they themselves do not. A clear example is George and Lennie. They think of each other as very close friends and their source of vitality.

2) Explain what type of obstacle this is and your predictions for the outcome of the obstacle?

Answer: Every Time Lennie cause trouble Georges thought was to run away to protect Lennie from the consequences of his actions. Even when they were not intentional or ill willed. They faced everything together while having their goal of a better life in a farm where they can “Live off the fatta the lan”.

Juliet says,
denis23 [38]

Answer:

•This phrase can be translated to "Why must Romeo, The Man I love, Be apart of the rivaling family?"

Juliet is upset because out of all people, the person who just happened to have caught her eye also just happens to be Montague.

•This relates to the rose as she implies with the quote "a rose by any other name would smell just as sweet" that if a rose weren't called a rose it would still smell like a rose. Whether Romeo is Montague or not he is still himself and she will still love him.

•Im not sure what this is asking, so it'd probably just be safe to quote "Trade in your name- which really has nothing to do with you- and take all of me in exchange."
