One day I made an impulsive decision when my mom told me not to go outside when she was gone, and she had left to get groceries. I saw the dog got out of the yard. Do I go get him or obey mom? I went to get him, disobeying my mom because I love my dog and could not afford to have him get hit by a car. My mom would be more upset if the dog died than if I left the house. I felt like she would have understood why I did it as well.
