4/4 = 1
87.5% =.87
65%= between .6 (60%) and .7 (70)
.53 = 53% which is closer to .5 then .6
3/8= .375 which is 37.5 there for between .3 (30%) and .4 (40%) closer to .4 
.25 is 25% = between .2 (20%) and .3 (30%)
