This is because the operating system is the main basic program found in any computer device. The importance of this operating system(OS) is that it allows and permits the installation of other softwares.

The softwares installed could contain content which helps in the learning and teaching process depending on the type and category. There are softwares which teaches people how to make certain meals, crafts, pronounce words effectively etc.

This is why operating system is pivotal in teaching and learning.

The Duma was the elected Parliament for Russia. It was created to appease Russians but was never well received by the monarchy. Many battles were fought between the monarch and the Duma. Eventually the Duma speaking for the people, asked Nicholas II to give up his throne. This act ended the monarchy in Russia.
