Explanation: When a person is guided by morals and principles through character he’s guiding himself through “character” meaning his own ideas and values, when he is guided by “responsibility” this could mean anything, he may have the responsibility of a parent, husband, etc. When he’s guided by “respect” that means he needs to respect someone else or norms, laws and rules but it’s not applied inside a profession.
However, when a person is guided by ethics it’s specific intent is to be applied at work.
