Answer:

Massachusetts and four other states ratified the Constitution with the condition that it would be amended soon after it went into effect.

Explanation:

Many States were anti-federalists and were strongly opposed the ratification of the US Constitution because they said the Constitution created such a strong central government that it had the power of tyranny and that the Constitution did not have a system that protected the individual rights. This way, Massachusetts and other states made the conditional ratification. They decided to ratify the Constitution under the condition it would be amended soon after so they could create a protection system of individual rights. This happened and the Bill of Rights was created.

WITCHER [35]

Answer:

An anemometer will be used to measure the speed of the wind.

Explanation:

 • An anemometer is a simple device used to measure the speed of the wind by most meteorologists. The structure of this device is simple as it has three or sometimes four cups attached using horizontal strips made up of steel to a vertical rod.
 • As the wind blows over the cups, the cups are pushed by the wind making them move. Hence, the vertical rod moves as the wind blows. The revolutions of the vertical rod for a specific time are counted and averaged in order to determine the speed of the wind.
