Answer:

- Their son chose this group because he shares their interests.

Explanation:

According to the given description, the conclusion that seems most likely to be true is that 'Mr. and Mrs. Cortina's son has chosen this group as there lies a commonality in their interests' as the members of a particular group or children often gets fascinated and attached towards the people who accept their choices and share common or similar interests and assists them to live or accomplish their interests, needs, or aspirations. The members or components of a group not only interact with each other but also inspire and influence each other's perception, beliefs, learning, etc. Thus, people are quite selective regarding choosing the group that values and encourages their interests.

omeli [17]

Answer:

effectiveness

Explanation:

A psychotherapist who is adequately trained in a real-life setting can realize that it is a field of constant learning. He or she tends to acknowledge that psychotherapy is not a procedure of surgical efficiency, but instead its an attitude, a way of being with the patient.  The effectiveness of psychotherapy depends on multiple dimensions for example the duration of treatment or some time on the goals expected by the patients.

What does the word psychology mean to you? What preconceived perceptions about the field of psychology do you bring with you to
Darya [45]

1- To me, psychology means the discipline that tries to explain human behavior and its complexities.

2- That is easy to major in psychology but one has to read a lot to do so. That being insightful is needed if you want to pursue a career in this field.

3- Not really. Usually, in Tv and movies psychologist are portraited as Psychoanalysts or therapists. In real life, the field of the psychologist is broader and not everything is about psychotherapy.

4- That is a magical solution, that the therapists only listen to your problems and they magically disappear, that is easy, that is magical, that hypnosis work 100% of the time. That "shrinks" are crazier than their patients, that having a mental illness means that you are an aggressive person, and so on. Media either glamorizes or stigmatizes the figure of the psychotherapist.

Answer:

(D) his stance on immigration

Explanation:

The first three alternatives on the issue show President Trump's life achievements that may have influenced the electorate but reinforced his position as a political outsider: being a successful businessman and billionaire.  However, in taking a position on the situation of immigrants, Trump showed his position on an internal policy issue and this also added support from like-minded voters.
