It would have such a lack of flavor that people would read even less than they do nowadays with adjectives. Its like spaghetti but without tomato sauce, you can still eat it but its less enjoyable and doesn't promote a euphoric feeling. Overall, adjectives are not essential to language but they are definitely a bonus and we should appreciate that they are included in English because things would be much more boring without them.
