Once you have stopped for a school bus, do not pass until the driver signals you to proceed, the red light stop flashing or the bus starts moving ahead.
It might become riskier if you start to move ahead while the bus is moving as the bus may obstruct your view to see the coming traffic. You might also strike with bus while crossing. This all may lead to big accidents which can include several vehicles.
