Answer:

It is often said that the path to success is not a straight line, instead the path to success is a jagged line filled with ups and downs. If a person wants to be successful at a task in a career, or in a sport, they must work very hard.strategists have identified one characteristic of successful people: accountability. Accountability is not only accepting responsibility for you actions, but also willing to accept the outcomes of your choices, decisions, and actions. When faced with a problem, you have two choices, you can take responsibility for the problem, or you can be the victim of the problem. The idea of accountability can be illustrated by a ladder. The higher you are on the ladder, the more responsible and accountable you are for your actions . The lower you are on the ladder, the more you're willing to blame others and outside circumstances for your problems.

Tell us about a time when you persisted through a challenge and what encouraged you or motivated you to carry on.
Korvikt [17]

Answer:

“As a marketer, I’ve always been motivated by creative projects, teamwork and being able to draw a connection between my efforts and the organization’s bottom line. One of the things I loved about my last job was witnessing the results of our team’s campaigns and watching as the leads we nurtured became customers. Having the opportunity to lead campaigns from ideation through launch was one of the reasons I was so excited to apply for this role.”
