It depends on what you are passionate about. You should look at what you want to do and if you see yourself happy there. There are some advantages and disadvantages of doing Case Law but that is all up too you to decide.

However, since we're discussing the President's and the legislative branch's authority, vetoing refers to stopping a bill or the implementation of legislation passed by a legislature from becoming law, either permanently or temporarily.
