The answer is A

A Justice serves for life after he is appointed, and a member of congress can serve for life too, as long as he is reelected time after time.

For example, Peter King is a member of congress from Long Island, New York. He has been serving in office since 1993 and could do so as long as he continues being reelected.

Answer:

a. neither have term limits

Explanation:

The only similarity list here is that neither have term limits. A member of Congress is only limited in the length of his/her job by their ability to win reelection, their decision to retire from Congress, or by being removed from office because of violating the law. The same is true of a Supreme Court Justice, with the exception of reelection: Justices are not elected, but nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate.

FinnZ [79.3K]
The events of 1949 had caused tensions to rise between the United States and The Soviet Union to some extent, because of the Yalta conference making the soviets have a large part of Germany, and the Soviets believed that they had helped in both the west and East front wars with their part in the attack on japan. However, the two countries were still able to coexist during this time quite well.
