38. The difference between the numbers is 32. You divide 32 by 2 which equals 16 and add it to 22 and subtract it from 54.

Hello i think the answer is 38 because 54-38=16 and 38-22=16 so i think 38 is the answer:)

I checking my answer by using  V = πr²h         r = d/2

                         = π [ 468 - 400]

                         = 68 π

                         = 213.6 ft³         I got the same answer
