As well as being an explorer and navigator, it is important to note that Chirikov was a captain. Chirikov often worked under the direction of Bering.

During the 1840s potato famine in Ireland, most Irish individuals flee their country to arrive at the East Coast regions of the U.S. Most of them were having no money so they remained near the East Coast because they lacked the resources to facilitate their internal travel. At this very time, equal numbers of Germans arrived as immigrants but they travelled to occupy more inland areas to buy farms in the Midwest.
There were many events that led up to the American Revolution. The most important three, would be: The Boston Tea Party, the Boston Massacre, and the Stamp Act, which imposed taxes on every piece of printed paper Americans used.
