The correct answer is option B. Carbohydrates.

The Starch and the glycogen are the molecules, which belong to the carbohydrates. The carbohydrates are the sugar molecules or polymers of sugars. The general formula of the carbohydrate isC_{n} (H_{2} O)_{n}, the ratio of the carbon:hydrogen:oxygen is 1:2:1. The starch and the glycogen both are the polymers of the glucose the formula of the glucose is C_{6}H_{12}O_{6}, hence, the the ratio of the carbon:hydrogen:oxygen in glucose is 1:2:1, hence, starch and the glycogen are carbohydrates.

Lipids is comprised of fats, oils, waxes as well as some hormone and molecules, they are different than the carbohydrates. Nucleic acids are the polymer of nucleotide consisting of sugar, phosphate group and nitrogenous base. The proteins are the the polymer of amino acids, not sugars.
