Influences:
- Her father's teachings
- The development of her personal sense of justice from observing the racist community around her.
- The court trial she witnessed.
- Her final understanding of Ms. Caroline
- The event which she almost died, and her brother was injured; and the death of Mr Gilmer
How she will become:
She will become a person who is aware of the injustices of the world, and holds a strong sense of justice.
Examples? Well, i just listed them in influences.
For one thing, we see how protective Atticus is as her father. He doesn't sugarcoat anything, but tries very hard to shield her from the harsh reality of some racist people. And when Scout realizes the truth so suddenly and quickly, it doesn't change her. It shocks Jem, but Scout still keeps a calm and thoughtful composure. There is a good chance, as a result, that she will be more successful when she grows up. Also, Scout has few female influences in her life, so she is a tomboy because of that. We can tell because Scout is quite "manly" in her attitude (although in a very conservative curiousity) and handles hardship a lot better than her older but more sensitive brother. The only thing that is against her in the future is people like Mr. Ewell, although what Scout never had time to learn could also harm her. Hope this helps!
