A large factory that employs many workers in a town is going out of business. This factory closure will affect workers and their families. Write a short paragraph showing how it would also affect other businesses in the town.

This reduction will hurt other businesses that will then need to lay-off employees, reduce hours, or delay hiring. Those newly affected will, in turn, reduce their spending causing hardship to other businesses in the town.

This would affect other businesses because the people that did not  have a job any more would not be able to buy food or goods.Which means that they would not be able to buy stuff from other industries or shops. Later at some points does shops and industries will go bankrupt because no one is buying anything from them. The worst thing is that this cycle will keep repeating.
