Can someone please explain how to find fractional notation from a decimal or percent? Example: 82.5% I convert to decimal 0.825 however I am having trouble with fractional notation. :(

If you want to put a number as a fraction, just put it over 100.

Eg 82.5 as a fraction is:

82.5
-------
100
