<u>Answer:</u>

When we are moving things of 5 tons when the amount $0.70 per one pound, from New York to Florida the total cost it will be $7000

<u>Solution:  </u>

From question given data are

The amount charge per one pound when we transferring from New York to Florida = $0.70

The total amount for 5 tons when we transferring from New York to Florida  is to be found out.

We know that 1 ton = 2000 pounds.

In order to find the total amount per one ton = 2000 \times 0.70

=2000 \times \frac{70}{100}  = 1400

The total amount per one ton = $ 1400

In the given problem the total amount per 5 ton = 5 \times 1400  = $ 7000

Hence, when we are moving things of 5 tons when the amount $0.70 per one pound, from New York to Florida the total cost it will be $7000

<u>Answer:</u>

The total cost to move the belongings from New York to Florida is 7000\

<u>Solution:</u>

Given that,

Cost per pound to move from New York to Florida is 0.70\

Total weight of the belongings is 5 tons

To find: The total cost

The value of 1 ton in pounds is 2000

\therefore 5 tons = 2000\times 5 = 10,000 pounds

So, the total cost to move the belongings from New York to Florida is total weight \times cost per pound.

Total cost = 0.70\ \times 10000 = \frac{700000}{100} = 7000\

Let n be any natural number greater than 1. Explain why the numbers n! 2, n! 3, n! 4, ..., n! n must all be composite. (This exe
bagirrra123 [75]

Answer:

Because each term of the sequence generates numbers with more than 1 and itself as dividers

Step-by-step explanation:

Just for the sake of correction.

1. Explain\: why\: the\: numbers\: n! +2, n!+ 3, n!+ 4, ..., n! \\n \:must\: all\: be\: composite.

1) Let's consider that

n! =n(n-1)(n-2)(n-3)...

2)And examine some numbers of that sequence above:

n!+2

Every Natural number plugged in n, and added by two will a be an even number not only divisible by two, but in some cases by other numbers for example,n=4, then 4!+2=26 which has four dividers.

3) Similarly, the same happens to

n!+3 and n!+4

Where we can find many dividers.

There's an example of a sequence, let's start with a prime number greater than 1

Let n=11

\left \{ n!+2,n!+3,n!+4,n!+5,n!+6,...n!+n. \right \}\\\left \{ 11!+2,11!+3,11!+4,11!+5,11!+6,11!+7,11!+8,...11!+11 \right \}\\\\

That's a long sequence of consecutive composite numbers, n=11.
