Answer: The snack shop sells granola bars for a lower price.

Step-by-step explanation:

First you should plug in the number of bars for each equation, if you get one bar from the snack shop the price would be $1.25, I'm going to fill in the table to help you better understand.

y= 1.25(2) 2.50

y= 1.25(3) 3.75

y= 1.25(4) 5.00

y= 1.25(5) 6.25

This table was all for the snack shop.

How?
In the world do you do this it’s very confusing
OleMash [197]

So this triangle is considered a "special triangle". The 30-60-90 triangle rule states that if the short leg is n, then the hypotenuse is 2n and the long leg is n√3.

In this case, since the short leg is 7, x = 14 and y = 7√3. The correct answer that has this is B.

You are wrapping a gift box. You want to tie a ribbon around the box , so that whenever the ribbon intersects an edge of the box
Paha777 [63]

You are wrapping a gift box. The length of ribbon = length + width + height of box.

Solution:

Given, You are wrapping a gift box.

You want to tie a ribbon around the box, so that whenever the ribbon intersects an edge of the box, its distance to the nearest corner is 1/3 the length of the box.

We have to find how long must the ribbon be?

The figure of this problem is attached below

Now, assume we started to tie at one edge, then next we can tie at straight parallel edge, we can continue till our process ends.

Then, total length of the ribbon = length of box + width of box + height of box.

Hence, the length of ribbon = length + width + height of box.

Need help with # 7 and #8!

7) BC + CD = BD

(4x - 29) + (5x-9) = 7x -10
9x - 38 = 7x - 10 (when you transpose you change the sign)
9x - 7x = - 10 + 38
2x = 28
x = 14

8) BD = BC

5x - 26 = 2x + 1
5x - 2x = 1 +26
3x = 27
x = 9
if x = 9, then BC = 2x + 1 = 2(9) + 1 = 19
or
AB = AC - BC
AB = 43 - 19
AB = 24
