I think it's this: You can show leadership at PE in many ways. One way is to play fair. Don't cheat when you are playing. When you don't cheat, it can be really fun. Another way is to not show off. Nobody likes a show off. Don't be extremely happy in your winnings. Instead, make the other team feel better about themselves by saying "great game" or "you played very well".

It might be this: You can show leadership in many ways in PE. One way is to ALWAYS play fairly, never play unfairly. Another way is to never brag. It's mean to, don't say haha I WON y'all lost!! It is very rude.Instead say Good game or you did great. Also don't show off, it is also very rude. Never lie about you winning even if you didn't win, that is just not being honest.

Hoped this helped!!

A stone that starts at rest free falls for 7.0 s. How far does the stone fall in this time?
vredina [299]

Gravitational acceleration is approx 9.8 m/s
Time is 7s

a=9.8 m/s
t=7s

a = d/t^2

therefore:

d = a * t^2

d = 9.8 * 7^2

d = 9.8 * 49

d = 480.2 [m]

Consider a system consisting of the Earth, a vertical spring attached to the Earth, and a mass attached to the other end of the
Liula [17]

Answer:

The external force leads to an increase on gravitational and spring potential energies.

Explanation:

The system consists of a mass, resort and Earth. According to the Principle of Energy Conservation there is a potential energy as a consequence of the interaction between Earth and the mass and spring potential energy because of the spring deformation and, besides, the existence of work due to an external force:

U_{g,A} + U_{k,A} + W_{ext} = U_{g,B} + U_{k,B}

W_{ext} = (U_{g,B}-U_{g,A}) + (U_{k,B}-U_{k,A})

F\cdot \Delta r = \frac{G\cdot m\cdot M}{r_{o}-\Delta r} - \frac{G\cdot m \cdot M}{r_{o}} +\frac{1}{2}\cdot k \cdot (x_{o}+\Delta r)^{2} - \frac{1}{2} \cdot k \cdot (x_{o})^{2}

F\cdot \Delta r = G\cdot m \cdot M \cdot \left(\frac{1}{r_{o}-\Delta r}-\frac{1}{r_{o}}   \right)+\frac{1}{2}\cdot k \cdot [(x_{o}+\Delta r)^{2} -x_{o}^{2}]

The external force leads to an increase on gravitational and spring potential energies.

Which car has the most kinetic energy? <br><br> (PLEASE HELP NEED ANSWER ASAP)
Hatshy [7]

Kinetic energy = 1/2 mv²

so, you will have to do it for every single one of them if you want steps.

Kinetic Energy = For A, 202500J

                           For B, 90000J

                           For C, 168750J

                           For D, 75000J

From the above we an say that kinetic energy is highest in option A.

In case, there are no steps needed, just by the values we are able to understand the answer as in Option A, eventhough the mass is the same, higher the velocity or speed, higher the kinetic energy

At what speed must a 0.6 kg stone be thrown in order that it has a relativistic mass of 0.76 kg? (c = 3.00 x 10^8 m/s) A) 0.6976
soldier1979 [14.2K]

Answer:

The speed of the stone is 0.6138 c.

(B) is correct option.

Explanation:

Given that,

Mass of stone m= 0.6

Relativistic mass = 0.76

We need to calculate the speed

Using formula of rest mass

m_{r}=\dfrac{m_{0}}{\sqrt{1-\dfrac{v^2}{c^2}}}

v^2=(\dfrac{m_{0}^2}{m_{r}^2}-1)c^2

Put the value into the formula

v^2=(\dfrac{0.6^2}{0.76^2}-1)\times c^2

v=\sqrt{0.37673c^2}

v=0.6138c

Hence, The speed of the stone is 0.6138 c.

For a galvanic cell to generate an electric current flowing from anode to cathode, what must be true
photoshop1234 [79]

Complete question:

For a galvanic cell to generate an electric current flowing from anode to cathode, what must be true?

(a) Electrons flow from the anode to the cathode

(b) Electrons flow from the more negatively charged electrode to the more positively charged electrode

(c) Electrons flow from higher potential energy to lower potential energy

(d) All of the above are true.

Answer:

(d) All of the above are true.

Explanation:

A galvanic or Voltaic cell is a primary type of electrochemical cell that is used to generate electrical energy from the chemical reactions that take place in it.

It consists of a positive electrode (cathode) and a negative electrode (anode) for the movement of charges.

(a) Electrons flow from the anode to the cathode. TRUE

Anode is the negative electrode and for electron current, electrons flow from negative electrode to positive electrode.

(b) Electrons flow from the more negatively charged electrode to the more positively charged electrode. TRUE

Based on electron current flow.

(c) Electrons flow from higher potential energy to lower potential energy. TRUE

The driving force of the electron flow is the potential difference. Electrons must flow from higher potential to lower potential.

All the options are correct, so we select option "D"
