Answer:

D. Customers and suppliers willing to learn and evolve with new technology

Explanation:

In an implementation of any new IT system, the resistance to adoption from different stakeholders in the organizations is one of the most difficult challenges that is faced by the project managers. To overcome this resistance, the project manager needs to be accustomed to the basic principles of change management which involves:

1 - Designing incentive systems that forces all the stakeholders to adopt the new system.

2- Manage proper communication strategy that conveys the benefits of adopting the new system and conduct training for all the users.

However, there will still be resistance from certain suppliers and customers to the adoption of the new system. Which can lead to failed implementation of the system. However by doing the following, any organization can make sure that customers and suppliers quickly become an integral part of the IT system:

1- Take feedback from the customers and suppliers so that not only a more user friendly system can be designed, but also customers will be more invested as they feel they have been part of the decision making process.

2- Invite customers and suppliers to use the company resources to make themselves accustomed to the new system.

dedylja [7]

In the trial stage of the adoption process, the consumer may buy the product to experiment with it in use.

Explanation:

There are basically 5 different stages in the consumer adoption process.

1. Awareness: This first stage is concerned with the consumer being exposed to an innovation or product. Right now he does not have too much information about it, and may not even pay too much attention to it.

2. Interest and Information: It is at this second stage that the consumer wants to voluntarily know more about the said product. He starts collecting information about it from various sources.

3. Evaluation: In this third stage, once the consumer has accumulated all the information he can by means of various sources, he starts comparing the features and qualities of the new product with other already existing products.

4. Trial: After the first three stages, now the consumer is ready to try out the product for the first time. He may go ahead and purchase it, or if free samples are readily available, he may use those too.

5. Adoption: The fifth and last stage of the consumer adoption process is about the consumer purchasing the said product, after all the trials and evaluations.

In theory, protectionist policies will prevent some imports that might injure workers in several different ways: fewer jobs, low
Tcecarenko [31]

Answer and Explanation:

Protectionist policies followed by the government will lead to lack of competition for domestic firms in the market. When there is lack of competition for domestic firms in the market, this will make the firms inefficient in the long run in the country which has imposed protectionist policies. When the firms become inefficient, there will be less job creation in the jobs market and demand for labor will also reduce because of fall in profits of the firm. When profits fall, the firms will not be interested in providing safe working conditions to its employees because it will increase their cost of production reducing profits further. Thus, protectionist policies can lead to fewer jobs, lower wages or poor working conditions for the firm.
