First fine the dialation divide 6 by 4 you get 1.5 so the dialation of these shapes is 1.5 now you just simply find the measurments.... 9 divided by 1.5 is 6 so BC is 6. now 7*1.5 is 10.5 so QR is 10.5 now the angles never change in a dialation so <P= 86*.
Hope this helped you!!! have an amazing day!

All you do is find the scale factor and go from there so
AB and side QP are similar so the scale factor is 1.5
In order to find QR just multiply 7*1.5=10.5
Then to find BC you just do just multiply it by 2/3*9=6
The angle is 86 degrees

Complete the missing parts of the table for the following function. y=7x
IgorC [24]

Answers:   49,   1,   49

Those values go in the blanks from left to right

=====================================================

Explanation:

The rule we use is x^(-k) = 1/(x^k)

That means if we're evaluating something like 7^(-1), then it's the same as 1/(7^1) = 1/7 which explains how x = -1 leads to y = 1/7.

Similarly, 7^(-2) = 1/(7^2) = 1/49 is the y value when x = -2. So you'll type 49 into the first box to fill in that missing denominator.

Raising any nonzero value to the zeroth power leads to 1. That rule is x^0 = 1 where x can be anything you want but it can't be zero. Therefore 7^0 = 1 goes in the second box.

Lastly, 7^2 = 7*7 = 49 will go in the third box.

A recipe calls for 2/3 cup of sugar for every 4 teaspoons of vanilla. What is the unit rate in teaspoons per cup?
Setler [38]
Divide the number of teaspoons by the number of cups.

\dfrac{4~teaspoons}{\frac{2}{3}~cup} =

= \dfrac{4}{1} \div \dfrac{2}{3}~\dfrac{teaspoons}{cup}

= \dfrac{4}{1} \times \dfrac{3}{2} ~\dfrac{teaspoons}{cup}

= 6 ~\dfrac{teaspoons}{cup}

the melting point of mercury is about 1/4 of the melting point of krypton. the melting point of mercury is -39°C. Write and solv
vova2212 [387]

This is not the best question I've ever seen. The wording is the problem, and it's not your fault. The melting point of Krypton is about - 160 oC. It means that numerically the melting point of Krypton is 4 times lower than that of mercury.

Krypton = 4*M

M = - 39

Krypton = 4*-39

Krypton = - 156o C

Now you want to make it something like K(1/4) = - 39 which would be fine. You can't use - 1/4. If you do, your answer will come out to be + 156 which is not what you mean. If this was a multiple choice question, your answer would be the second best one.
