If i have "at most" 1000 gold coins how many bushes can i buy

let say i can buy r rose bushes

<h3>24(r) + 16  ≤ 1000</h3>

24r ≤ 1000 - 16

24r ≤ 984

r ≤ 984/24

r ≤ 41

It means that if i have 1000 gold coins i can buy at most 41 rose bushes.
