ACE inhbitors; ARBS and Bera blockers are now considered as the first line treatment for heart failure. Treatment doses can be increased to those patients with results of good benefits. In ACE inhibitors patients should be started on low dose unless contraindicated. ARBs are recommended as an alternative for patients who had adverse effect on ACE inhibitors such as cough. Beta blockers should only be initiated after the patient was stablized to avoid heart failure decompensation.
