To understand this answer we need to explain it deeper. First of all, tendons are composed of tissues formed by tenocytes that form strong fiber to create high-quality resistant tissue. They provide the attachment muscles need to keep together with bones. Also, they provide the strength produced by the muscles to the bones so that movement can be achieved. They are one of the major elements in the body and without them as well as the skin we couldn't be alive. It is one of the biggest marvels of nature.
