Answer:

While preparing a fresh wet mount when one observes many perfect circles, which are completely clear surrounding the specimen it shows the presence of air bubbles or water around the specimen.  

However, a wet mount preparation should not constitute any bubbles as the specimen is observed under the microscope, and it will become difficult to differentiate between the bubbles and the actual cells, and thus, one may end drawing bubbles in place of the cells.
