Explanation: The label B represents the smooth muscles.

Bladder is a pyramid shaped organ. A smooth muscle called detrusor surrounds the bladder and folds in the interior part of the bladder.

This detrusor muscle has the ability to relax and contract. During relaxed state it allows the bladder to store urine and during contraction it allows the bladder to release urine.
