1) $\frac{ 3^{4} }{ 3^{4} }$  they are both equal to a whole so, your answer would have to be Option C. 1  

2) You have to divide $3^{3} & 3^{6}$ from each other so, your answer might have to be Option A.$\frac{1}{27}$
