Obesity can be helped in different ways, mostly healthy diets make it worse, due to the fact the last thing they could want is food. Exercise regularly could help. If there are heart issues talking to a doctor could help too; we can educate people, and others with this issue by helping those who struggle with obesity, and spreading the word. Psychological issues can be helped, yet biological can't, this misconception can lead to different things in public, most people could be shamed; or looked down upon, yet it can be helped.
